DescriptionThis basic non-wheat, low-carbohydrate bread can be readily altered to transform it into pumpkin bread, carrot bread, etc., with simple modifications of the ingredients. Replace banana, for instance, with 1½ cups pumpkin; add 1½ tsp nutmeg to the 3 tsp cinnamon already included, to make pumpkin bread, great for winter holidays.
