In fact, there is an arsenal of strategies that powerfully impact your risk for heart attack—but have nothing to do with cholesterol, dietary fat, or statin drugs. The Cureality heart health principles arose out of our 10-year Track Your Plaque experience of tracking and working to stop or reverse coronary atherosclerosis using healthy nutritional and related insights, now collected and updated in Cureality.
As in all things Cureality, our heart health program is based on the philosophy that you are best equipped and motivated to gain heart health when provided with confident and empowering information coupled with community tools to succeed.
