Here are my recent results with LabCorps ref. range.  Curious if TYP goals are any different.


Selenium, Blood     228 ug/mL       (100-340) ug/L

Zinc , RBC                 1208 ug/dL   (822-1571) ug/dL

Copper, Plasma      .97 ug/mL   (0.80-1.75 ug/mL)

Copper, RBC              0.61 ug/mL     (0.50-1.0 ug/mL)

Se is also important

Thanks for comments Hop and Ptheut.  I'm just going to assume these numbers are OK and move on to other things.

Pat, Do you continue to take supplements even if your numbers are in line or were your numbers not in range and you are trying to improve them?

Seems like if you've been taking these minerals for awhile, like 6 months, and these are your results, then you continue what got you there. That's what I do, anyway. Continue till there's a reason not to.

I haven't taken these supplements, so I assume since I'm mid-range, that I don't need to supplement.
