I’m wondering if it will be as effective for me. I suspect I might have some gut damage. I certainly don’t notice anything different supplementing the full WB 3 grams. I’ve never tested cholesterol to see if it’s effected that. Does anyone notice a profound difference in mental function, mood, etc when supplementing omega 3? I just don’t want it to go to waste if it doesn’t seem like it’s doing anything overt for me or getting absorbed well.

I haven’t seen any research suggesting Omega 3’s are less absorbed with SIBO or gut issues. It’s usually just B12, Iron, and Vitamin D. I don’t believe I have steatorrhea either
