Latest SpectraCell Results – Part 2 of 4

Part 2 – Lipoproteins

Here are my latest lipoprotein particle values from a blood draw on June 3, 2019. I am including some prior results as well for comparison.

Values outside the reference range are shown in red.

                                                April 9, 2018           June 3, 3019                Reference Value

VLDL Particles (nmol/L)                  21                             21                                Under 85

Total LDL Particles (nmol/L)           1192                      1462                            Under 900

Total HDL Particles (nmol/L)          6459                      6750                           Over 7000

Non-HDL Particles (nmol/L)         1213                       1483                           Under 1000

Remnant Lipoprotein (nmol/L)     148                         172                              Under 150

Dense LDL III (nmol/L)              243                           303                             Under 300

Dense LDL IV (nmol/L)                74                            122                            Under 100

Buoyant HDL 2b (nmol/L)          1850                         2323                            Over 1500

I’m not happy that my LDL particles, including the small dense LDL particles (LDL III and LDL IV), have increased.

The Buoyant HDL 2b has also risen, which is good and might offset some of the LDL changes that are getting worse.

In Part 3 (next) I will list my Inflammation Markers.
