My husband is taking a daily dose of 40,000 IU of vitamin D3 and 400 mcg of vitamin K2 (MK-7), in hopes of reducing the accumulation of plaque/calcium on his teeth, bones (2 bone spur surgeries) and arteries. In June 2019 his Heart Scan revealed a calcium score of 98 in his arteries. Has anybody had success in reduce the accumulation of plaque/calcium by taking these vitamins?
Added for clarification: he’s doing the full undoctored program, ie. no grains, sugars, vegetable oils, processed foods, etc, plus all the supplements suggested in the undoctored program.

It isnt the barrage of D3 that will help its the gradual progression of getting his up to the 60-80 ng/ml level and no higher. Also what hopscotch said.

Thanks for the advice - I’ll speak to him about the dosage. He’s taking MK7.

He’s only been taking the high dosage for about one week, but I’ll have him get another blood test to see what his level is now.
