I did get it to work but I messed up on it when I my hip began hurting and I didn’t exercise much for 2 and a half months. Then when I did a blood draw my cholesterol skyrocketed. I should have stopped the high dose fish oil once I wasn’t exercising regularly. The high dose fish oil only worked if I Lifted weights and did HIIT every other day and I did that while taking the high dose fish oil. I have gone back to 3 grams of EPA and DHA daily and sworn off High dose fish oil. FYI to others. HB
