Posted: 11/18/2019 11:49:39 AM   My teens 14 and 15 yr old’s came in at 16 and 27 ng/mL resp after a recent D25H test I had done on them last week. Would dosing be the same as an adult to raise their levels to program range or would I give them less, I know we dont recommend for kids but any guidance would be helpful...I have already started them on 5K IU/day. Getting them to remember taking it every day will be another chore. Weird thing is only the 16ng/ml was flagged as low with the reference range being >20ng/ml, isn’t that sad. Tags: teens,Vitamin D3
