My score yesterday (11/20/2019) 896.1, shows a drop from 995 (19/6/2018) 1.2 years ago.  That’s a reduction of 8.4% if I did the calculation correctly. Actually I was expecting a significant growth this year, as I have re-introduced occasional wheat and grains, even infrequent fried food, a weekly beer. This isn’t terrible but a far cry from my pristine grain-free TYP diet of 2010 thru 2014 when I achieved a 1.5% reduction.  Also, since my reduction in 2014, I’ve been adding back to my diet and my score has been going UP; last year UP 7.46%. Suddenly, with increasingly not optimum diet, my score decreased 100 points,  makes no sense.  Could the scanner be giving inaccurate readings.

The only other thing that has changed is that I have stopped all Crestor, and have gotten off of Lexapro (10mg) which I had taken for years. Also my Vit D is up from 50’s to 95.

Any thoughts on this from you folks would be much appreciated.

I would say,  don’t think about it so much. You are probably in the margin of error.

Like they say, keep doing whatever you’re doing and be happy!

Could be the vitamin D levels.
