I notice that this bacteria is not in yogurt nor my Now Probiotic-10.  Just wondering if it would help the bowel flora.  Just managed to eat 46g of Natto (mustard and soy sauce helped).. maybe it’ll grow on me.

I wonder if I had that species of bacteria in my gut already.  Perhaps it might be a good idea to eat a little bit of fermented foods from around the world, here and there.  To get a large variety of bacteria in the gut.  This Natto product I ate was actually a product of Japan.  It came frozen in cute little square styrofoam container.

I wonder if I get enough of this species of bacteria in my gut, if my gut will then make even more of it’s own Mk-7.

Would this 46g of Natto also be a good source of prebiotics for lactobacillus and other bacteria in the gut?  Or do they stay away from it?  Like does the bacillus subtilis fight off other good bacteria?

I do the same thing every morning or at night on OMAD , Natto + extra virgin olive oil + Muenster cheese for K2 MK7.

With plenty of D3
