See attachment below...

Attached is a spreadsheet with my 3 consecutive advanced labs. Please note that this last test was done at a different lab than the first two tests. I would appreciate any insight. I have been on the Undoctored protocols since Aug 2018. This includes LCHF diet, no sugar, no plant or seed oils, and appropriate supplementation (D3, magnesium, iodine, K2, etc.).

In addition, my on/off statin history is provided. Since I do not know how long it takes for statin "effects" to remain after stopping them, I am hesitant to declare correlation, but I would appreciate opinions.

A couple of things stand out, that I also would appreciate input.

1. RBC and WBC counts are low. My WBC count has always been a bit low but never my RBC. It may correlate with the decline in my bone density and a newly introduced Fosamax Rx.

2. What’s going on with the LDL particle no. increase? Possibly bad data? Nothing diet wise has changed. Is this a number confounded by the on/off statin use? Fosamax?

3. My CAC scores are very disappointing and we have discussed these scores in this Forum.  But, one conclusion I have reached is that the scoring is very, very subjective and ambiguous.  My scores are very high, but I have no confidence in the actual numbers.

Thanks to all in advance for insight, comments, advice, etc.!

Wagmore, your FT3 in May 2019 was 2.9, not optimal at all. Also, with your TSH rising, FT3 may possibly be worse. This will have a negative effect on your lipids, and needs to be tended to.

If Life Extension holds to their schedule from last year, the blood test sale should start near the end of March and run for about 2 months.
