I am taking Aspirin 75mg plus Ticagrelor (Brilique)90mg x2 daily following a stent insertion for NonSTEMI. I was instructed to stop omega-3 supplementation as it (may) increase inti-platelet effect and increase bleeding risks with these drugs. Is there a point post stent where omega-3s could be introduced and at what dose (I would like to build up to 1800mg x2 daily).
