Just got a spontaneous bruise on one of my fingers when I opened the refrigerator. I am currently taking 6,000 MG of Omega-3., due to high Lp(a) I am also taking ViTamin K2 every day. Actually, I just took 1 LE Super K. In addition I take 81 mg of baby aspirin in the evenings.
I stopped taking Vitamin D in June 26 as per Dr Davis’s advice, I inadvertently was taking a high dose of Vitamin D3. I did not realized the Omega-3 I was taking at that time also contained 1,000 u of vitamin in D3.
Should I lower the dose of Omega-3 I am currently taking or stop all together? The spontaneous bruising had happened to me before but not recently. Probably 3 to 4 years ago.
Advice?....

Is it just a coincidence that I had just taken A LE Super K? ...
