I started the fermenting of L Gasseri BNR17/L. Acidophilus last night. I used 8 oz of milk with 1 scoop of Inulin & only 1/2 packet of L Gasseri as a test. I used the same method Recommended for L. Reuteri. 

So far after 15 hrs I see no change.  Any body else has fermented it successfully.  Any thoughts?

Just checked again & it has started to ferment. I am glad I only used 1/2 of the packet as it looks like cottage cheese already.  I might finally open my yogurt maker that I bought several months  ago... We will see...

Got my free sample and fermented it at 109 degrees for 36 hours. It is nice and thick.
