Need to rework the program - the correct way to balance the O3:O6 ratio is not more fish oil. http://high-fat-nutrition.blogspot.com/2020/08/so-you-want-some-dha.html Tucker had blogged about this earlier.  - follow the links in the comments as well. Add some flaxseed to your diet and become DHA deficient. I repeat once again - concentrated seed oil are franken-food-like calories. Screw with DHA levels and you set yourself up for a whole host of problems. Is low DHA the causative factor in Alzheimer’s disease? What have we been doing to our children’s brains? Tags:
