I am ready to make my 1st batch of sibo yogurt and can’t figure out whether to heat the half and half prior to mixing, Dr. Davis doesn’t mention it but several people do in the comments?

Thanks Bob, I made the 1st batch and it turned out really well, just starting a second batch now using some as starter hope it is as successful!
My hubby and I are both trying it and so far so good.

Is it ok to cook the yogurt in an oven at 100 degrees?

Hi Bob,

I am relying on the fact that I set the oven at 100 degrees.  The yogurt came out separated and curdy.  I’m not sure it is right or safe to eat.

Is it ok to put Swerve sweetner on the yogurt after it is cooked?  Swerve is made up of erythritol, oligosaccharides, and natural flavor.

One of my ovens is supposed to have (according to the directions) a setting for proofing bread dough that is supposed to be 100 (F).  Unfortunately, I have never gotten it to work.
