So, Saccharomyces boulardii cranberry cocktail juice, being a probiotic, I’m guessing we need to drink it separated by a few hours from taking iodine?

Yes, separate iodine from any probiotic by a couple of hours to prevent the iodine from killing off the microbes.

Given the very small dose of iodine we ingest, however, it is likely not a big effect.

I just tried some of my S. boulardi fermented Cranberry Juice.  It is quite tart.  I’m thinking perhaps I should shorten the fermentation time.  There is definitely no sugar left in it!

I’m going to try the cranberry juice again this week - as soon as my latest cider batch is done.

I now have diammonium phosphate so I will see if that helps.
