Wheat Belly Facebook follower, Stella,
found this unexpected source of wheat: Pam Baking.
There are a number of different Pam products
which do not contain wheat. But Pam Baking does.
Personally, I simply spread coconut oil on my
pans to prevent sticking or use a coconut oil spray, given the superior
qualities of this oil for baking.
But, whatever you do, don’t let the
Pam Baking product provide a source of unexpected exposure.
