How many of you ladies suffer from insomnia due to hormonal imbalances due to peri-menopause or menopause? If you are having difficulty sleeping what are some of your nonprescription strategies you are using? I use melatonin from time-to-time and just recently added lavender oil to my feet. By golly it works.

Wear blue-blockers after sundown, since it's close to impossible to control the blue content of all the light sources in the home.
