I’ve been making smoothies for breakfast or lunch for the last month using our yogurt. I use about a half cup of yogurt, one cup of  milk (almond or organic whole), 1 heaping tbsp. cacao powder, 1 tbsp. Swerve (non-caloric sweetener), 1 tbsp. MTC oil, a sprinkle of chia seeds, one quarter cup of frozen mixed berries, and a handful of organic mixed salad greens.  I use an immersible blender and a heavy glass pitcher to prepare.  It’s delicious and keeps me from being hungry for at least 4 hours.

Okay. I certainly don’t want to undo the good of cooking the yogurt for 40 hours. It will be added last and gently stirred into the mixture. Thank you.
