I drink water probably 98% of the time, some coffee with Stevia. Sometime I have a diet soda at work but just read that although it doesn’t raise sugar it can effect gut bacteria which in turn can increase insulin...looks like I’m giving that up as well :)

hazelnut decaf coffee with butter, inulin , MCT oil, and a hint of cinnamon - mornings
water, iced tea, green tea with ginger and lemon (all unsweetened) throughout the day

Water, half caff coffee with MCT and cream, mineral water, sometimes black tea with cream, kombucha and homemade water kefir. My water and coffee are always salted, and I’ll even add a sprinkle of salt to my mineral water as well.

Filtered water every day. Occasionally I drink green tea or black tea. I drink a glass of red wine when I eat at a restaurant.
