I have being making the L. reuteri yogurt for just over 2 months and already I am noticing that the skin on the backs of my hands and my shins is thicker, plumper, moister, and not as crepey. Now I can actually imagine that the crepeyness could go away entirely.

There is no lotion of any kind that has given me any results so I am pleased, and quite amazed at how quickly I am seeing results. I am not even doing the full skin protocol yet.

Also I feel like my gut is happier.

Ramand - thank you so much for this comment!  I’m 71 and have fair skin that is getting thinner by the year.  Any improvement in skin thickness and overall skin health will be greatly appreciated.  And I love the yogurt, so a win-win.

Terrific, Ram!

While speculative, I’ve got to believe that combining the L reuteri/oxytocin skin effect with supplemental collagen hydrolysates yields even greater benefits for skin health.

My mom had "tissue paper" skin that would tear from simply moving around in bed.  I’m really hoping to avoid that, obviously.

Yes! This is not just a cosmetic concern.

In regards to the healing power of the yogurt - does anyone here feed it to their pets? I don’t but it just occurred to me that maybe there would be some benefits for them too??
