For breakfast today instead of the usual meat/eggs cuisine I had a prebiotic smoothie with coconut milk, 1/2 green banana, 15 grams of raw potato, 5 pieces frozen pineapple, 1 Tbs shelled hemp hearts, and a 1/2 tsp monk fruit sugar.

I need help deciphering the reaction; within 90 min of drinking I had a slight cramp in lower stomach heralding a quick onset of water works diarrhea.

1) Does that reaction indicate SIBO?
2) Did I use too much prebiotic fiber and the reaction would have happened because of that?
3) Should I attempt it again with just the milk, and 20 grams of banana or potato?

Thanks

Bob, The coconut milk is canned by "Andre Prost" and has "guar gum" listed as "a stabilizer".

The monk fruit has erythritol.

To avoid all the confounders then I should use pure water mixed with the prebiotics @ 20 gr/test?
