I want to start lifting more intensely but I’m a little worried about pushing to hard?

Yes been doing it for about a month, some pullups, hanging leg raises for my core, dumbbell press etc

Thanks e everyone, I’ve definitely seen my morning fasting numbers go down since I started lifting and it definitely makes you look younger

You don’t need to push too hard to gain benefits from weight training and lifting until muscular failure on every set can actually be counterproductive
