I’m having a hard time controlling myself with high-carb foods in the house. I feel sluggish, I’m gaining weight, and any more than a little incidental carbohydrate with breakfast gives me palpitations with the adrenal pills I take. If I take less adrenal supplement, I have different problems. 

However, I recognize that there may be problems with chronic keto, as this is a non-evolutionary diet and others have developed problems. It would be easier for me to get take-out once a week or a few times per month with more carbohydrate than I normally eat rather than trying to do 15g per meal. Does this sound like a good alternative?

I am sorry, I do not follow... What happens  if you have carby foods in the house?

Do you like to eat more of the carby foods?... I guess I’m asking, is it a matter of control or just cravings?
