On 6/9/20 my Thyroglobulin antibody was 103 IU/ml. reference range <0.9
 On 11/19/20 it was 143 IU/ml. Reference range <1
TPO ab was normal in June so I didn’t repeat it.

Tests were done at different labs, and I will stick with the second one from now on.

Should I be concerned about this? I’m guessing this difference isn’t clinically significant, but I was hoping for a decrease. I have been following WB WOE since Feb 2020, taking recommended supplements except iodine. I was originally diagnosed with hashis in the 1980’s.

For financial reasons I wasn’t able to repeat any of the other thyroid tests this month.
I did have a few TSH levels done by the doctor, results are as follows:

6/9/20 TSH 0.3 uIU/ml  reference 0.4-4.5
9/9/20 TSH 0.2
11/5/20 TSH 0.73
all units and reference ranges the same for all three tests. My synthroid dose was lowered after each of the first two tests. I still haven’t started the NDT I had planned on for a bunch of reasons, one being I’m afraid to actually make the switch, although I know I need to.

How should I follow up at this point?

Thanks!
 Ann

Yes, Bob is right: every 6 months would be reasonable.

Thyroid autoimmune inflammation is slow to respond.

Have you explored SIBO/SIFO as causes of thyroid inflammation?

Yes, but it may be time to revisit, as my CRP has increased recently, also.
