I like coffee with butter and collagen peptides (Primal Kitchen is good); yogurt with green banana or berries; bacon is always a winner.

If you can stomach it once a week maybe..., liver and/or heart cooked in butter..very nutrient dense. You can add a hot sauce, some cheese, avocado, olive oil etc etc. Otherwise leftovers spruced up a bit would be good.

I don’t eat until mid morning so It’s usually Reuteri yogurt with almonds and berries.   Sometimes I will have a slice of Base Culture bread with butter.  Or I eat leftovers.  It’s whatever is on hand.
