I feel I am doing all the right things for non-grain diet and supplements yet my HDL is too low and my TG are too high. My last Calcium CT was 9. I used to have much better numbers. What else can I do to prevent heart disease?

thanks. there was definitely a no eating or drinking for maybe 12 hours before the test. We’ll call it inconclusive then.

Any thoughts on the previous post?
